Vintage Zildjian K Istanbul 14 Inch Cymbal, New Stamp?

Description

Up for bidding is an older Zildjian K Istanbul 14 inch cymbal, it weighs approx. 800 grams, there is no key holing, but it does look like the hole is very slightly off center. The cymbal lays flat,a few very tiny flea bites, there is an address very lightly engraved above stamp, I think that it is a new stamp, but not sure.
