180g White PE covering provides resistance to wind and rain
160g White End walls are solid but can be unfastened and rolled up for added ventilation
160g White Side walls each have church style windows, which attach with heavy duty ties (included)

Gazebo comes in 3 parcels, some of which weigh up to 60 lbs. Please make sure someone of sufficient strength and physical ability is able to receive the item, in case the delivery team require any assistance.
Please note as with all products of this type it is not recommended to be left up in the wind or extreme weather. We advise customers NEVER to leave them up overnight or without supervision, particularly with the roof and side panels on when gust of winds can damage them. It's possible the item will be sat waiting at a local depot and we can get delivery rearranged. Alternatively, it will mean we can get a replacement out to you sooner, if that is the necessary action.
Note: Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico require shipping surcharges. If you choose US Ground shipping for any of these provinces, it will put the order on hold until further payment is received.
Warranty & Returns
We want you to be delighted with your shopping experience with us, and if for any reason you don't like your item, you are free to return it within 30 days from when you received it.
Please note it is really important you contact us BEFORE sending anything back. We can only process a return with a valid RMA number, and you can only get one of those by speaking to us. If you just send it back, it will take much longer for it to get dealt with.
We can't accept returns on any items that are customised or personalised, or any which have been used.
You'll be responsible for any shipping charges. It's also really important you keep the original packaging so that the item can get back to us safely. We can't accept responsibility for items that get damaged because of insufficient packaging during return.
