Compatibility, workability, and usability is the responsibility of the buyer.

My thoughts on common issues that are avoidable via pre-sale communication:
*If you are buying 20 year old PC software, please do not expect it to work on Windows 10 without knowing HOW to make it work properly.
*If the listing
DOES NOT
specify Macintosh, it is for PC.
*If the listing
DOES NOT
specify the Operating System (OS), please ask.
*Most of my listings are for older (OS), i.e. Windows 95, 98, XP etc.

ANYTHING
is omitted from the listing it is because I did not have the information readily available, was uncertain or simply forgot.  Just ask.
*If a sealed item has a crack in the jewel case, damage to the cardboard sleeve or box etc., I will
ATTEMPT
to remember to

list it as brand new, rather as
SEALED
.
In this instance, you are getting a new item that is only cosmetically flawed.
*If an image shows a crack in the front or rear case and
IS NOT
noted, then assume it will come
EXACTLY as it appears in the photograph.
